RE-OPENING

*** UPDATED ANNOUNCEMENT ***

The decision to reopen has been made with the committee members and we have agreed to open on Sundays only during the month of August for our Divine Service starting Sunday 2 August.

We are currently preparing to reopen the centre and making sure everything is safe and ready to welcome you back.
As you may be aware there are a few rules we have to abide by which are as follows:
New entrance and exit procedures will be in place, this will mean you will only be able to enter and exit the church, one person at a time (or more if you are with members of your own household / bubble). You should therefore please wait outside the centre, at a safe distance to others, until invited in.
We ask that everyone please avoid congregating together (particularly around the foyer area).
On arrival you will be required to enter your name and contact details on a signing in sheet, (this is mandatory). This is for the government track and trace should you get any of the Covid-19 symptoms.
The kitchen will be closed, so sadly no tea or coffees will be made but our water dispenser will be available as usual. Although we are not allowed to supply water glasses, there will be an ample supply of disposable cups.
There will be sanitisers available throughout the Church and we ask each person to take responsibility (our 5th Principle) for their hygiene when attending. Please take the time to read all information notices carefully.
As there is no way we can estimate capacity until people arrive, there will be a limited number of seats available due to social distancing, and these will be on a first come first served basis.
If you are in the vulnerable category, it is recommended that you stay at home for your health and safety as per the Government guidelines.
There will be no singing and no hymn books, music will be played instead.
The decision to wear a face mask or any PPE will be up to the individual.
We look forward to seeing you as we have missed you.
